FAQ
Everything you need to know before, during, and after your tour.
How do I book a tour?
You can book directly from our website by selecting the tour, date, and number of passengers. You can also reach us via WhatsApp or email for personalized assistance.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially during high season (November to March). Many tours have limited spots and fill up quickly.
How do I receive my booking confirmation?
Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive a voucher by email with the service details, meeting point, and time. Save it on your phone to show on the day of the tour.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mercado Pago, bank transfer, cash (in-office), and Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit/credit cards.
Can I pay online from abroad?
Yes. We accept international card payments through Mercado Pago and other secure gateways. The entire transaction is carried out in an encrypted environment.
Are transfers included?
It depends on the tour. Each listing clearly states whether the round-trip hotel transfer is included or optional/additional. If in doubt, feel free to ask us.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Tours run in rain or light wind. Only in cases of extreme weather conditions (that put safety at risk) will a tour be rescheduled or canceled — we'll notify you in advance and offer a date change or refund.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Between 48 and 24 hours, 50% is withheld. Less than 24 hours or a no-show, no refund. Force majeure cases are evaluated individually.
Are the tours suitable for children?
Most are, especially the low-difficulty ones. Some specific activities (such as Viedma Adventure with mini-trekking) have a minimum age of 8. Check each listing or contact us.
What clothing and gear should I bring?
In Patagonia the weather changes quickly. We recommend dressing in layers: thermal base layer, fleece, and windbreaker/waterproof jacket. Closed, comfortable shoes, a hat, gloves, sunglasses, and sunscreen. For ice tours, waterproof trekking boots.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Let us know as soon as you have news and we'll coordinate rescheduling your transfer or tour at no extra cost (subject to availability).
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes. We offer private in/out transfer service to and from El Calafate International Airport, for up to 4 passengers per vehicle. Book with your flight number.
Do the rates include taxes and park entrance fees?
Published rates include the services detailed in each tour. Entrance to Los Glaciares National Park is paid separately, in cash, at the park entrance on the day of your visit.
How do I contact you during my stay?
We're available on WhatsApp at +54 9 2966 788108 Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 9 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays from 9 AM to 3 PM. You can also visit us at 25 de Mayo 51, El Calafate.
