During this half-day experience you'll explore its landscapes, get close to Patagonian countryside traditions, and enjoy a dinner accompanied by traditional music and dance.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>A warm welcome with Patagonian flavor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Upon arriving at the ranch we'll share a warm welcome with <strong>mate and fried cakes (tortas fritas)<\/strong>, while learning about the history of this place and its beginnings in the early 20th century.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Traditions that live on<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The day continues with a <strong>sheep herding demonstration<\/strong>, one of the activities that form part of Patagonia's rural identity \u2014 a chance to get an up-close look at the traditional work of the region's ranches.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Landscapes, countryside, and tradition<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">We'll take a walk around the ranch, following the <strong>Arroyo Calafate<\/strong> stream to the old shearing shed and corrals. There we'll learn the traditional <strong>scissor shearing<\/strong> technique and visit the <strong>organic vegetable garden<\/strong>, whose fresh produce is part of the ranch's culinary offering.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Dinner and Patagonian folklore<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">To close the experience, we'll head to <strong>El Quincho<\/strong>, where we'll enjoy a dinner with traditional flavors of the region.
